Our Commitment to Support

Powerserve provides support for periodic maintenance and updates for our clients' websites. In addition to your account manager, you will be assigned a project lead to serve as a point of contact for coordinating whatever resources are needed to handle your requests quickly and efficiently. If necessary, we can also meet with you in person or online.

Website changes in scope of 2 hours or less are implemented with in 24 hours (although they can be implemented the same day if submitted before noon.). Website changes are typically implemented in 1 to 2 days depending on size, schedule, and type of resource(s) required.
